Moyes went for Savage...

TWICE!

The Goodison fans will be right up for City's visit. It's a special ground and one of my lasting regrets in football is that I never played there for Everton. David Moyes twice came in for me but things never worked out.

Best transferdeal Moyes never did. Can't stand that long haired wannabe hardman.(n)

Savage is not afraid to speak his mind, and I like that, has a tendency to get up other players noses, a bit like a cabbage patch Keane in a way, I remember him at Leicester, he was part of a good side that did well under Martin O Neill.

was talking in one of the papers today about when it snowed and his dogs ran about in the garden, did a 'poo' as Savage put it, and it's a damn problem for him as he can't find where it is, and when building his snowman for his children, is afraid he'll find something else rather than a carrot for it's nose. :dodgy:

Welcome to the wonderful world of Savage.

At the time, he was a boss player and would have been good for us. I don't think he would have had an attitude here either, as he loves us.
Moyes tried hard to get him, but it wasn't to be.

jesus....i almost cringed as much as when royle tried to sign carlton palmer...

apparently he used to drive a pink porsche with a Sav 1 number plate...when he was at Crewe...what a cock

Am i the only one who remembers this - defo in for him on two different occasions it was well reported at the time - one of which Bruce and either Gold or Sullivan said why the hell would he move to a club like Everton from Birmingham.

At the time - Savage would have severely improved our team - hes the kind of player everyone hates unless hes playing for your team.
