Maybe next to Jose, Wenger is IMO the best manager in the world but even at Arsenal things are getting a little and maybe even a lot tired (Plus even Jose has a habit of wearing out his welcome after a few years). The lack of trophies isn't really all his fault (we couldn't play any better against Fiorentina, Jags got injured before the FA cup final and we got saddled with Chelsea) and getting into the C-league with a makeshift low budget side is something no one has done since we did it in 2004-05. He's better off outside the prem where you can accomplish more things finding guys in the 6M and under market.
