If I'd been Everton manager and Sir Alex had come asking for Leighton Baines and Marouane Fellaini, I'd have found it very difficult to keep them because I always felt the right thing to do was what was right for the players...I signed every player at Everton, so I know a lot about them....Roberto is in a new job and I'm sure he'll get to understand how Everton work. I know exactly how Everton work. I think I've signed every player at Everton. I know exactly how they work.

I don't hate him like some on here do, but he truly deserves it.

We gave him a chance to be considered for THE biggest job in world football and he did what he did to us with that Fellaini/Baines stuff.

Enjoy trying to lure our players to Newcastle now, Davey. Or losing out on your next job to somebody listed in this post.

Real Sociedad are just doing what's right for him, they did sign him after all so they know how hw works. Letting him go so he'll have the chance to work for giants like Newcastle or Huddersfield.

They're a better club than us as they actually let him go without asking for money.

FFS, I thought these El Presidente types were supposed to be ruthless? I'd expected at least one electrode on Moyesies bollocks by now.
