Moyes' substitution taboo

Boss that mate.

I could find a few hundred sources that equally name the lad as a winger.

Here's one;

here's another;

The answer is, he's played on the wing as much as up front.

Jelavic is an out and out striker.

Mirallas is a winger/forward. At Saint-Etienne he played right wing - I recall it being a reason he moved.

For Everton, Mirallas has played most minutes as a winger.

ALRIGHT LADS?

is victor a striker or a winger?

Same question goes for Naismith?

I just thought this would be an simple way to compare Moyes and his mentality against some one like Fergie who I think everyone will agree will play and fight until the very last second to make sure he gets the win. If it's 1-1 after 65 minutes he'll make a sub to try and change the game to win, Moyes will wait and wait.

We could go through every match and come up our own opinions on subs ... for example when we played Norwich at home is one of if not the prime example of Moyes, I feel and will use the word 'dithering'. I know we were 1-0 up but Naismith was awful and Vellios come on after they had scored when it should have happened 30 minutes before, it's that killer instinct. A few games later against Spurs Vellios game on at 81 minutes and headed the ball onto Jelavic to score the winner. Yet yesterday he's waiting until 80 minutes to make a sub and though it's like for like it (ignoring the Mirallas is a winger / striker debate where did he fit in yesterday) doesn't show any killer instinct or winning mentality to me. Same formation, same game plan hoping to see things out because they haven't scored in 84 minutes playing like we have been.

Goat keeps walking into big shots and shrugging his shoulders every time. Some heavy power punches being landed by GOT but Goat just smiles back as if to say 'I can take them'. Surely a matter of time before this fight's stopped, Jim.
