News up on the OS now.

The FA have charged David Moyes and his assistant Steve Round with improper conduct.

The charge relates to their behaviour immediately after the 3-3 draw with Manchester United on Saturday.

Moyes and Round went onto the pitch after referee Martin Atkinson had blown the final whistle whilst Everton were on the attack and searching for what would have been a winning goal.

Under new FA procedures aimed at speeding up the disciplinary process, the pair have until Thursday (16 September) to respond to the charges. They will both pay a standard fine of £8,000 if they accept the charge.

If the charge is denied the case will be held by a Regulatory Commission within 10 working days.

Round looked ridiculous with his silly mic.

He made a fool of himself. It was like Moyes and mini me. Little Roundy waving his arms around in the same manner as his boss a split second after he'd done it.

Haha i was gonna post pretty much the same thing.

Surprised Nev didn't trot down and have a go as well.

I thought it was just me that noticed how ridiculous Round looked.

It's that sort of yes-man behaviour that we really don't need at the club.

Fight the power, Moysie.

maybe. but i was really pleased (and not really surprised) that moyes was so pissed. loved it

and it seemed like it was worth the money to moyes, who probably voiced his seasons frustrations as well as the games on poor atkinson

i totally agree steve round did look ridiculous but it was great to see theyre prepared to show atkinson exactly how ridiculous his decision was. for me theres definately a fergie factor involved in when the whistle came, maybe he was scared of what fergie would have done had we scored.. either way, i hope during the proceedings moyes is able to really put the fa on the spot because as far as i can see referees are the only people not getting punished for their mistakes.

Was waiting to see when the FA would impose an improper conduct charge against the two of them, in all fairness I would of down the same in Moyseys position! Was actually fumin in my seat at the end. Looking at it from the other perspective if we had the corner and Manchester Utd broke, he would of allowed play to continue with us under pressure.

Fergie deffo has a sub-conscious hold on some referees, not all, but most definitely some. It always been the way and won't change until he retires. It reminds me of the time when they were pushing for an equaliser (Can't remember the opponent) and were given 7 minutes of added time?

Why not charge the referee fro such an awful decision, along with a poor performance. Everybody who follows football will know that the referee should not blow under those circumstances. If we were pushing towards the last of the 3 minutes why not just blow the whistle when the ball was cleared from our area?
