same here, + some here say he isnt even a "manager"...just a coach with big balls and shiny watch

Same can be said for quite a lot of European Managers/Coaches as the Director of Football position is used more commonly in other countries than here in the UK.

He's not a manager in the English sense, but neither were several other foreign coaches who come to England done ok

I'm impressed with by the fact hes lost just once in 2 seasons, impressive in any league.
FC Porto are a huge club, who have produced some great Managers, I really don't think Pereira would have been in charge of FC Porto is he was not all that.

He's a high profile name and may help attract names to Everton that we may not have had the pulling power for under Martinez.
 
Been away for a week and I was expecting we'd know our new manager by the time I got back! Seems like Bill is giving this one some serious thought!!
