Which is the right decision IMO. Mostly becuase he knows the PL and what he is up against whereas the others don't.

Other Premier League coaches also know what they are against when facing Martinez, they wouldn't have this luxury against Continental coach new to Premier League (someone in Pochettino mould). And Premier League experience is IMO overrated.
