Moyes patiently waiting...

I'd happily let him have a caretaker job, starting this morning, through to the end of the season but certainly no longer than that.

He wouldn't accept that, he's want a permanent deal... and that must be swerved.

This club needs a proven winner as the new manager - someone with proven, trophy winning credentials... step up the plate Jose Mourinho, there is nobody more proven available.

Agreed, no more promising and up and coming young managers with Championship or bottom half of the Premiership experience, real deal time please.

Moyes isn't coming back here FFS

Its turning into a yarmalenko thing this now. There is no way moyes would come back here and there is no way the club will want him back.

Here is the little hint as to why, we took a relegated manager and done badly, why the hell would we then re hire a manager who has been sacked ever since leaving and won NOTHING with us in 11 years? That 11 years is a big clue btw

What a stupid article! Worse than the one the other day which stated Bilic would be a candidate and that the fans would love him as he's still considered a club legend after his time here...

If he hadn't left the way he did it would of been a possible goer but even though BK loved him, i've never heard BK say one good word about Moyes since he left.

The way we're heading right now Moyes would be an upgrade.

Whether the current squad - with roughly only half a dozen of his 2013 players likely to be around next season - would respond is another question

Baines Jags Bryan Osman? Mirallas Barkley Coleman - the others such as Stones (if here) had no real relationship with him.

But there's Pellegrini for a start.

I'd be shocked if they brought him back to be honest

I mean, he'd hardly do any worse than Martinez has done in the League in the past two seasons, but he'd be such an exceedingly unpopular appointment that I just can't see the board signing off on it

We should do everything we can to get someone in the top bracket like Loew or Mourinho. I'm hardly a massive Jose fan, but he'd be a much more exciting prospect as manager than Moyes would ever be

I'd rather have someone like Hiddink or Van Gaal over Moyes to be honest. At least they've won things
