Moyes putting himself in the shop window again as he did last summer. I doubt he'll get any takers that can improve on what he has going were at Everton, but with months left on his contract he might as well see if he can get an offer from elsewhere.

He`s leaving his options open and doing whats best for david moyes, all this about transfer funds and holding the board to task until this or that is a bit of a stretch , he`s known the drill for years with this board and how it works regards to funds, Thats something we all know , Moyes included will never change.
