Neville is a very good RB and for me, should be number 1 RB no matter what, fantastic captain too.

He's shocking in midfield mind.

Great but that will never happen. :), Firstly, why would cahill get pushed out if owen comes in? hes one of the best midfielders we have. Also Arshavin lpays mostly as an attacker/winger, so it would be a 4-3-3 formation...

...We need to bring in 2 midfielders, maybe a striker. One fantastic signing too

Moyes would NEVER go that attackive i dont think

Great side tho

As Neiler says the first priority has to be Dave signing as how can players be persuaded to sign when no matter what the club say its fact that the manager has not yet signed .this is also delaying him getting an assistant I think like a lot of others that it could be Dave waiting to see the cash for players rather than the promise of it.

As a centre mid i agree...... think he a quality right back though

He's a good captain and a decent right back yes but he's far from quality and there are alot of better options out there. We should be looking for a younger, quicker, new and improved right back.

Neville is the weak link in the current side. The first to give the ball away and the first to hoof it long. I think he'd be an excellent squad player with his experience and leadership but not as a starter.

Onto all the old GOT lids of the past. I see the opinion of David Moyes was sky high in 2008.

For good reason. 2007-08 and 2008-09 were great seasons where we looked like a great team on the verge of winning a trophy and he didn't really make any mistakes at all.

He's done a cracking job here, Moyes, the major missteps have only really started coming in the last year or two.

The frustrations from fans against the board has unfortunately come down on Moyes and the team a bit over the last couple of years which is a shame and Moyes certainly doesn't deserve it IMO.

I thinks some people forget or don't quite understand how hard and how much credit he deserves for having a competitive team year in year out with no money to spend when all other teams our spending to improve or spending to catch up!
