I would count him, he's come from first team football so it's not like someone we've signed to our academy and we played Seamus and Shane relatively quickly.

Well I'm hoping Moyes isn't counting him.

I just want this Niang to be honest. After hearing lids with inside sauciness saying that he's the dog's bollocks, I'm worried he'll go somewhere else and pop up in 3 years as a ballon d'or contender.

Michael Owen is in advanced talks with Everton and is close to joining his boyhood idols on a free transfer. The former Liverpool and England striker must pass a stringent medical. source daily mail

I want him too. It's just people are talking about two players signed before tomorrow and I think we have them. Any others may come a little later.

Also we signed Shane in 2009 I think, and it was only this year he got some proper appearances.

We should have atleast £6 million left right? If it were me i'd get Debuchy and Owen. Naismith, Pienaar, Mirallas, Debuchy and Owen = Most successful transfer window in years. Plus our team would have a brilliant balance to it - well even without the two recommended ones - its still the most balanced team we have had in years

Must.. contain.. love for Debuchy.

I'm feeling really optimistic about Niang, all signs seem to be pointing towards him. As for Owen, no thanks. So we have 6 million left which we're probably going to use on Niang and we probably still have wages left over for a loan or two. Guess we will only find about loans on the last day ;P
