Moyes Contract.

This has been reported a few times now. I even saw a moyes interview were he stated this(about 3months sgo). Wish he would just sign it, instead of Contract updates all the time.

C'mon gaffer, pen to paper time.

We've had reports since June that it's "close and only need small adjustments" before Moyes signs... so until I see it done.. I won't be over the moon with joy.

For the benefit of those that cant access the link:

"David Moyes has revealed news on his new contract is imminent. Honest to God. It is...honestly.

The manager is yet to sign a new deal at Everton, with his current arrangement set to end next summer....so we stand to lose big time on compo if he fcuks off without signing.

Moyes, who took over on 2002, has always said he wants to stay at the Club - trouble is, he's ALWAYS saying that.

Moyes revealed on Friday that everything was on track as far as he was concerned. Yeah, well it better be this time. We've got Roundy in position and we can fall back on Dave Jones if need be.

He told evertonTV: "I think things are moving along nicely and hopefully we will have some news shortly....although actually, when I say shortly...well, how long's a piece of string? E'mbdy can sign straight away. I think I might just tease ya bassas again."

As I said after we signed Fellaini, I think given that Moyes did end up spending a bit of cash in the end means that he'll probably sign it soon. However, I'm not impressed by how long this has taken and would probably say that if his contract had been signed sooner, the summer of transfer fiascos would have been somewhat better.

so if this was a player and he was stalling on it like moyes is would we all be up in arms about it!!

i.e team spirit get rid and all that!

fooking sign it or fook off im getting pissed off now!

To me it comes down to the fact that he does not want to commit himself to EFC for the next 5 years.

Why i don't know but i'd guess at the money situation, he doesn't want to spend the next 5 years going backwards or staying in the same place.

Which i can understand, he probably think he has more to gain and nothing lose by going to some lower down prem team and building them up like he did us.

Doesn't mean i like it though.

If he wont commit he can [Poor language removed]. I'll still appreciate everything he done for this club but if he doesn't believe he can do anymore he should come out and say so and walk.
