To be fair O'Neill is a poor manager, no matter how long he has been around, always thought it. Redknapp seems to have been around forever but he's never really settled at one club since his West Ham days. Moyes is a good manager, if a little naive with his tactics sometimes, and he consistantly gets the best out of his teams.
