Driving back up the M6 thinking that a 2-0 tonking wasn't that bad at all and was something to build on.

As an alternative to the obvious ones...

It was an ace game like, but I felt like we were unlucky in the Fiorentina game - we absolutely bummed them for long spells and I really thought we'd go on to win it.

I remember that game well especially I was dating a guy from the area at the time who had come over as a student.

Glad he went back.

I don't know how we lost that game either. I really thought we had it when Arteta missed and then the penalty shoot out.

Bolton at Goodison a few seasons ago, Rooney hit the woodwork about 6 times, and yet it still ended 0-0, that was a tad frustrating

When we drew 1-1 with Metalist Kharkiv. Johnson scored a pen to make it 2-0... but it was disallowed. He missed the re take, they scored the equaliser and Johnson ****in missed another in the 88th minute. I fumed. Hard.
