Most despised opponent

My old fella to his dieing day reckoned it was the worst assault he'd ever seen on a pitch
Never seen anything like it mate, on the street outside it would have got him five years in Walton nick! Poor Jimmy was never the same player afterwards, and believe me, even in a team with Ball, Harvey and Kendall, he was an absolute start and a hero to many.

Scott Gemmill, Hated seing him play for us, so on that basis he was an opponent when he played for Nottingham Forest so he takes the title bun not for what he did for forest but what he did for us.

Funnily enough at my first ever game v Panathinaikos (I was 5 so no real recollection myself!!) Jimmy was targeted by the Greeks and went off injured with a bad one after 5 minutes, poor fella😒

He was quite possibly the most underrated player in that team. Because we had some superstars he got over looked (similar to Brian Kidd at Utd, who was overlooked due to Best, Law, Charlton etc.) but he was a fabulously skilful player.
