Good question and a hard one to answer.. id like Poch but he not a proven winner, top quality manager no doubt but lacks the ability to win a trophey. Moyes/Howe/Dyche and so on are out.
Arteta/Cahill/Ferguson are unproven.. Arteta probably the best shout out of the 3

I will be clear Mate no way do I want Moyes (the stab in the back merchant) or Hughes, Howe will not leave the south coast tried before and could not get back fast enough. Certainly do not want to give a chance to new managers like Arteta, (the nearest to that was Lampard but he had a season at Derby first.

I do think Rafael could do a decent job but there are ??s, would the fans accept him?
