Took several years but I finally agree with something davek said. No need for the pair of them playing together against a side like that. One of them sitting plus either Davies or klaasen box to box. If Koeman does persist playing them together it should be scheiderlin playing further forward than gana.

This is exactly what I sent to @ste d' indica last night by text.

I am afraid when we need to break teams down, one of Morgan or Gueye needs sacrificing, its probably Morgan for me as Gueye is just a complete livewire and cannot be left out.

Agree, much as I like Schneiderlin, he just doesn't have the physical presence of a marauding G Barry in the holding role, gutted he's in his twilight years.

I'm sorry but Martina is poor and Williams and Baines are slow we couldn't risk pacey wingers/attacking mid joining a centre forward/s running at that lot.
