My comment was more an answer to your posting that because of advanced medical screening players in general can't swing the lead anymore,not his case in particular.

He's the most player most ill-suited to the game today.

Not aggressive, no intensity off the ball.

Given the injuries, I imagine he'll start.

Depends how Ancelotti sets us up.

On paper, that Gylfi-Schneiderlin midfield should have been torn to shreds by Chelsea.

In all honesty, it wasn't. They just stayed deep in their own 10-yard areas and that meant Chelsea had to go wide - which is where they had any joy.

Suppose if we went for the same approach again then it could - could - work.

Not that I really want to see it. But then again, I don't know what options we have.

Bar the game against Wolves in September and then when he came on against Newcastle, I haven't been impressed by Delph at all.

Is it me or is he looking quite thin now.

I know he's always had a gaunt looking face but his arms and upper body look really thin like he has no muscle mass.
