Koeman went out and spent our millions on slow useless players. Klassen Siggurdson Schneiderlin Rooney Williams, not an ounce of place between them? Then Allardyce compounded it by bringing in Tosun who also can’t run.

Digne has no pace
Mina has no pace
Delph has no pace
Coleman has lost his pace
Bernard has no pace

All of Liverpool’s squad are lightning quick, every single player is rapid and physically strong.


Everton for some reason actively go out into the market and buy slow players. Moyes did the same.

I don’t know why we do it. It’s as though the powers that be at Everton actually want us to fail.
 
I can forgive a lot of things as an Everton fan. I don’t blame players for not having skill - that’s not their fault.

But I genuinely can’t remember an Everton player i have as much dislike for as this complete cretin. An utter embarrassment. Clearly has no interest in even pretending to be a*sed with putting a shift in.

Need bin bagging at the earliest possible opportunity. I’d genuinely consider just paying up the rest of his contract to get him away from the clip. Poison.

I agree.

Buy him out if need be.

I am willing to bet his teammates have the sense of fireboding when he is named in the starting XI as the fans do.

And it is reflected in their play.

The game is all about pace now and apart from Holgate DCL who doesnt use it properly and Richarlison we have none. I thought Iwobi was meant to be fast, how wrong i was.

We could do with doing that with a few tbh, do a fire sale - him, Siggurdsson, Walcott, Delph, Tosun, Keane get as much as we can even if its a couple of million and get the wages off the books.

A couple of things struck me about him today. At a free kick in the second half he openly defied Digne’s comment to him about where to stand and wandered across to join the wall. After it came to nothing Pickford clearly added a comment. Later on Delph was having a go at him about something and he just shrugged. Taken along with his comments about how important but unappreciated his work is he is clearly pretty ill-disciplined and does what he thinks is best regardless of the team plan.
It is not all about him today. So many things were wrong in that second half.But IMO he is the most glaring example of what is wrong with us so Carlo should start with him. It will set a very bad example if he ever plays for us again.

I seem to remember you saying that the pace of Liverpool's players was down to PED's. Surely it would be easier to just feed our players PED's than it is to sign quick players.
