Two Everton games in January will be broadcast on live television.

The Merseyside derby at Anfield on 28 January will kick off at 8pm and be shown on BT Sport.

And the new year trip to West Bromwich Albion has been moved to a Monday night kick-off.

The match at the Hawthorns, originally scheduled for Saturday 18 January, will now take place on 20 January at 8pm.

It will be shown live on Sky Sports.

Great news for me as I would have missed the West Brom game if it wasn't moved to monday. Can't believe my luck here.

Is that correct, the derby on a Tuesday night? ffs. Why the fcuk cant the Goodison derby be a night game then? Oh I forgot that might be benefitical to the home side creating a hostile atmosphere. Only Liverpool are allowed that sort of advantage.

...all the better for beating them.

The derby game has not actually changed date from being a midweek game-being that since the fixtures came out, just put on tv that is all
