That is a good article tbh. Shows Earle as someone who's only interest in Everton is a quick buck. The sooner tossers like him are bought out the quicker this club will move on...I think Rocky has been to Goodison more than him

I have no problem with folks making cash out of investing, but as far as I can see, this guy has relieved one person of their shares, so no money into the club, and just seems to be hanging on until the club is sold. So he has invested for himself, but not for EFC. Might be wrong I guess, but sounds like that.

Not sure that term can be applied when he's not had a penny in the best part of a decade. A slowly constricting snake of buck perhaps.
Question though.. If they just want to sell for profit, does this mean the club actually is for sale and all those 'its not for sale, Bill wants to keep his train set" posters were in fact wrong after all?
Not sure.. but I agree they must go.

Theres a difference in being for sale at a saleable price and being for sale at a stupid price.

I think with regards to Earle, he probably saw the dollar signs when Bill convinced him that a new ground was in the offing. Probably the main reason he bought the stake...then when it failed he lost interest, except maybe when it comes to the sale price of the club. I'm sure he's out to get as much as he can..why wouldn't he..but in the meantime the club is stuck in 'also-ran-land' and will be until a realistic price is put on the club

Last time I saw wiggy he was on American telly flogging a sandwich.

Once a spiv always a spiv.
