We simply don't play the right style of football for this kid or any of our recent strikers because all we do is get it to the wings & lump the ball in badly. No intricate one two's on the edge of the box or deft little passes like the better teams do. We never shoot because we dont play to shoot. Until our play around the edge of the box massively improves our strikers won't score & will all look desperate when they eventually get a sniff.

He looks like he can´t play anywhere right now. Disappointed by the impact he´s had. No blame placed on a young 19 year old kid though, this is what happens when you have a recruitment strategy like us.

I said this in the match thread, what's the point of him if we're just crossing it? Should have gotten Giroux or Bas Dost or Dzeko or that lad from Real that headed like Cahill if all we are going to do is cross it in to the box.

That’s not a very good plan is it to be honest? I’m not defending silva, today was awful, but if our big signing isn’t capable of playing in the style everyone knows we play, we’ve made a balls of our recruitment. It’s not really up for debate.

We have to take into consideration how much Juve are than every team in Italy as well. He's gone from playing in that team to this. I'm underwhelmed so far but I understand why.

Look at the way he score goals, most of them at the end of counter attacking moves.

He is brilliant at breakaway either running at players or the receiving end of Low hard crosses.

I doubt his strength is waiting for crosses in between defenders, and yet how does our clever manager choose to use him?
