Is it just me or does anybody else struggle for a reception at Goodison? I am on o2 and usually it is not an issue. However, the missus is due to give birth on Monday and I've wangled a pass out for the game on Saturday....but i'm likely having to borrow a phone from her dad just so I can be on-call just in case!

I usually enjoy the peace and quiet to be fair, but I'll take the pass and another phone this time!

I struggle as soon as i get near any buildings of any kind. Walking into town is a lottery as to whether it cuts off or not. Imagine you will be fine in terms of signal there but living nearby the signal was still low

Why would you be "on call" whilst at the game?

Switch the blooming phone off and tell her arl fella there was no reception if they are looking for you....you already have that excuse built in.

The baby will come whether you are at the game or not

BTW.....I am o2 and I never have any bother with reception at Goodison.

And best wishes to you and your missus.....:pint2:

I'm in the paddock and I get no signal at all and I'm on O2, pretty poor in this day and age,my mates get a signal at other grounds around the country! When they were on about ground improvements in the summer I was hoping this would be one of them but obviously not!!!

Take her with you and see if the excitement brings on the birth, imagine having your kid born at Goodison park and 40,000 spectators staring at your missus with her legs wide open.
