I'm amazed at the fact the Giants have won 3 of the past 5 titles despite having a team that, for the most part, is made up of no marks.

Not complaining though.

Watched a few innings on MLB. That's a bad squad.

You make an excellent point. I'm trying to decide if there's any regression to the mean coming out of this outfit, or if this is what they just are.

They're finding creative ways to give runs away while what little hitting they get is untimely at best. We'll see. I've watched a lot of bad baseball the last few years, and I know it when I see it.

The kids are alright. 6 - 2 right now over the Bucs.

edit: one more win for the boys in the bright blue hats. I hope they have MLB.TV in heaven so Steve Goodman and Ronnie Santo can watch. They won't believe how much good baseball we're seeing right now. I hope Steve is smiling like he makes me smile singing this danged old song of his.

This is my favorite song to sing while helplessly drunk.
