Totally agree.

He isn't going to revamp the squad in pre-season or today. It will take at least a few seasons for him to get the squad HE wants.

As far as McCarthy goes, I'll trust Martinez's judgement over a bunch of random Internet strangers as he's the one who McCarthy's performances will be judged against. He's not here to deliberately [Poor language removed] the club up you know.
