I don´t think people are surprised as much as knackered and sad with the state of things tbh. At lest I know I am.

I'm normally quite positive, but I'm starting to lose faith. If we lose Fellaini and Baines, our squad is so much worse on paper and in quality on the pitch. We've missed out on countless players that would have been perfect affordable replacements, in Cissokho (on loan now at Liverpool where they can buy him for a couple of million) who I believe is a quality player on the cheap, and the likes of Capoue and Erikson.

I'm really hoping that Martinez works some incredible magic because we definitely need it, I have a feeling both Fellaini and Baines are off.

True but i was expecting better after kenwrights i'm going to back Roberto with some money £6M is less than most championship sides spend. If teams like norwich an cardiff can spend 20-30m why cant we
 

It's a big big worry as every other club is signing good players EXEPT US. I know it's the norm for Everton, but others clubs don't usually all strengthen as they have. I fear we will slide majorly down the table as to previous seasons due to the other teams squads. And IF we sell Felli and baines its unthinkable how we could be come may. So sorry if I'm ranting but I'm pretty pissed of and upset at our situation I pay good money to watch Everton every season I'm entitled to my voice my concern.

What a stupid comment :p We have a valid reason to be upset with our activity in this transfer window, I don't know why you're trying to imply that we're moaning for the sake of it. If we ever had a transfer window similar to Spurs', I'm sure 99% of people would be delighted!
 
If we sign Kevin Doyle then I for one would be buzzing, top quality and will no doubt bag us a hell of a lot of goals, providing the service is right, Next season in the Championship
