Finding a milk alterative that does awesome with tea. Bit high in potassium and phosphate for my diet but just finding it made me and my tastebuds very happy and I'm only using your typical tea splash. Probably only available in the US so I don't what to rave about for you across the pond. There are craploads of oatmilk options out there but few satisfy what I was looking for, for my tea. It's the little victories...

My Mrs drinks this. Get it in Tesco (and probably more outlets) £2 a carton.

As is usual with health food stuff, it's more than twice that here...

God forbid you had my condition and were also on SNAP benefits (trips to my nephrologist's waiting room suggest this is probably more common than you'd think/hope)...being in
"a world of hurt" would be an understatement even IF the govt weren't playing games with your funds.
