I've just had an absolutely incredible week being part of Boardmasters.

Had to deal with a hell of a lot of trivial complaints (I mean come on its a festival, who cares that the queue for the showers is 4 hours long), but an email from a customer has just come into our inbox this morning saying how fantastic our Twitter has been run this week (I manage it) in keeping people informed, being responsive and dealing with certain situations.

Made my week massively.
