Never been one to drive for fun, just when necessary. Now I have a bus pass even less necessary than before. It knows it's own way to the tip though.25k miles?!

My clannad album (their first one ... quite hard to find) on vinyl has turned up in the post today. I like their earlier, less over-produced / commercial stuff.
The extension bars I made and welded together for my ancient table top saw are finished and work beautifull, allowing me to cut much wider boards with precision.
The missus now has a "new" shiny, freshly valeted car, meaning she no longer needs to use mine, meaning that the minute she gets home I can collect all the crap she's left in mine and dump it in hers.
3 reasons I'm happy.
Was able to sit in a comfy chair toasty warm and watch it snow (one of my most favorite things ever). Now have a couple inches on the ground and because I live in an area that rarely sees snow and can’t deal with it when it does, I have a day off work.
