I bought this North Face tent back in 2007 to use for my research (I payed out of my own pocket for it). It held up pretty well but the sealant on the seams was coming off and one of the grommets had broken as of recent. I sent it to North Face with the expectation that it would be a hassle to get fixed or replaced. But within 3 weeks they sent me a gift card for 369$ to buy another tent. Easy-peasy. I love when customer-service stuff is painless.
