Spending 1.5 hours arguing with my insurance company over whether I was at fault for an accident which happened 10 months ago. The bell ends had changed their stance to say I was at fault, which was going to put my insurance up by about £600 a year.
A few phone calls and emails later I managed to quash it and get written proof from the underwriter that it wasn't my fault.
Take that Lloyds Bank Car Insurance. Probably the worst company I've ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs. Going to change my bank account too now as a matter of principle. That'll teach them.
