Despite saying in the coronavirus forum I wasnt going to go out running as part of my keeping energetic, for the first time in yonks I kitted up and ran around the block. Nothing fancy just a ten minute effort. A far cry from my half marathon days, but we'll see if I can do better over the next few weeks.

I've still a high ish temp, but i feel ok mate.
The kids were vomiting yesterday, but again seem good today.
I'd love a test to know if I've had it or have it and i would be able to crack on soon.

NO food being wasted in this house is also something that's going to carry on as well.

Lack of humans out and about and/or favourable conditions, but here in my small seaside town about 30k N of Brisbane, I've just spent half an hour or so watching a constant procession of pale blue and black butterflies going past my window and over the house.
And thus the 2 swallow / martin type birds that nest in the basement carpark are out busy hoarding them like toilet paper
