Heading north out of Liverpool yesterday on the A59 Aintree, literally hundreds of geese flying in V patterns overhead. it was a sensational sight. Couple of stragglers at the back. Made me and the daughter smile anyway.

I love it when you see a massive flock of starlings all coming in for the night to roost.

Like a massive ball of birds, all moving in the same direction.
