I had over night oats this morning. Equal parts oats, Greek yoghurt and milk mixed together and left to soak overnight. Bit of jam mixed in. Lovely.

My Mrs has this with bits of fresh fruit in it, it always looked a bit too healthy for me but I had a taste one day and it is very nice, low fat butterscotch yoghurt is out of this world.

My Nana has just had a major operation yesterday, I went into the hospital to see her today, but she was completely zonked out on all the painkillers.

In the room she is in, there was an old woman. She didn't have kids and wasn't married. I felt really sorry for her.

As there wasn't any talking to my Nana, I ended up talking to her. She was Dutch, but has lived in England for 42 years. From Arnhem originally. She's also lived in Indonesia, Costa Rica and Suriname.

Her stories were amazing. She really has lived a brilliant life.

One of the nicest and most interesting people I have ever spoken to in my life.

Her stories about the WWII from a Dutch perspective were really interesting.
