Classic example of this was 'Midnight City' by M83. It was on a free download so I thought what the heck, first listen, felt like I'd discovered the greatest song on all time. Must have stuck it on repeat about 7 times afterwards. Still absolutely love it.

Two weeks in a row now I've been to events where I only knew 1 or 2 of the acts and as a result I've found 4 or 5 new acts that I really like. I used to always be skeptical of seeing people I don't know but it can be really rewarding.
