After 4 coats heres how it looks. At this rate it will be 8 coats minimum. Maybe i should do a primer now and start fresh.

Ronseal is rubbish at covering stuff like that.

You may as well have bought a new fence.

Frenchic Al Fresco is pretty handy for that type of thing. Fairly pricey but does the job.

I primed it yesterday so hopefully will have better luck with the next coat.

So spent last few days in hospital in the AMU ward which was fine but they needed a spare bed for someone else who needed treatment more urgently so they have temporarily placed me in a new ward for the day… no problems, fair enough.

The problem is they didn’t tell me it was the Gastroenterology ward I’d be going into and thus I’ve spent the entire day sat in a ward surrounded by old boys ripping out farts left right and centre.

It came out of people not indicating at all L, R or straight on.
Somebody's thought bubble in a meeting, IMO, It's made it worse on roundabouts

Mrs cooked nice cod fishfingers for tea tonight, there’s 10 in a pack but we only had 4 each (4 is more than plenty by the way) on our plates.. which by my reckoning made a total of 8 …. When I queried this she informed me she’d given 2 to the dog ffs… cod fish fingers … have you seen the price on proper cod fishfingers these days. I’m in a good mind to stick my fingers down the dogs throat to make her sick.
