See normally i wouldn't go down that route by any means. Been in a not too dissimilar position a few years back, and decided when speaking to managment about it not to even mention any names let alone put a greviance in .
But just to paint a little picture. I work in a team of only 3. The other two sit next to each other and i sit by a team leader on the other side of the desk. I don't have access to the teams phone, that is with them. They pick and choose work and leave certain things for me to do instead, stuff they dont want to do. The team also refused to train me saying instead i should go to It, but have spent the whole time i have been working here saying they are the only ones who can train people as IT don't have a clue (which is true). The fellow in question says nothing to me, will sit there and not say a word if the other guy is off. The pair of them blocked me off facebook quite early on with me being in the team, but have everyone else in the office on it.
and soon i probably will be sat in an office where my team mates won't say a word to me, the person next to me is a team leader who isn't the best person to chat to most of the time (been told 'too busy to listen to you about a work issue not too long ago!), but said team mates are talking to everyone else in the office. It will be horrible but the reason i have to go down the path is that despite me raising all these issues over the past 3 years, nobody has done a thing about it.
