Might as well be a veggie for all the meat that I ended up with ffs.

Expensive as well, so you end up gnawing the bones to get your money's worth.

Not kiddin'. After trimming the fat off each chop, the bit of actual meat I got off each one was around 2oz - if that.

I'm feeling rather cheated.

More like an English tapas than a meal. Might as well get Barnsley lamb chops from your butcher, expensive mind but at least you get plenty of meat.
