Woke up half 6 to get ready for work, put kettle on, got on couch and fell asleep for another 45 minutes. Early mornings are killing me at the minute.

haha yeah that is true.

My morning routine before i went off for so long recently was standing in the kitchen with said coffee.

Only time I sit down from getting up to getting in the van is on the bog, as soon as you stop in the morning it's game over.

On a similar note, I left work early yesterday as I was feeling quite rough and had destroyed the work toilet. I couldn't cope with the look of disgust on my colleagues face when they next went to the toilet and learned of the atrocity that had occurred.

Thankfully nobody mentioned it this morning.
