6 music is great. Chris Hawkins plays the most amazing mix of stuff before 7, and Shaun Keaveny is everything Chris Moyles wishes he was.

I had this problem a while a go. The dog would bark non stop from about 6pm right until 11pm so I grassed them up to the council. They get threatened with a £5k fine.
