Because our cladding contractors are a bag of sh*t, basically. And none of the other managers can come in.

On the last site I worked on it wasn't too bad, as if you worked a Saturday then you got the following Friday off. Because we're stretched as it is on this site we just don't have the time to allow that, which isn't really my problem. Going to have words tomorrow I think.
