Fuming at your unneccessary use of an apostrophe. The Scottish BBC weather girl on of a morning who pronounce's England as 'inglind'
Send her back home and rebuild Hadrian's wall and keep her up there. Annoying boot.
I'd rather get pneumonia.Stuck in a coffee shop because it's pouring outside and they've contrived to put the worst possible music in rotation (basically the "greatest" hits of Michael Bolton with some Ricky Martin and Celine Dion mixed in)
Friggin health minster.People who don't pronounce the I in medicines and say medcines, the health minister kept saying it in an interview did my head in

Well mate1) There's no such thing as road tax. Many cars pay zero emissions duty so that's that point dead in the water.
2) I cycle every day, and have just started cycling through central London twice a day too. The cyclists are the least of the problems, the drivers are just appalling. Especially the taxis, who will just carve across lanes and stop on double yellows (or right over a cycle lane) without indicating.
No-one on the roads is perfect (does anyone drive like they did in their lessons?) but drivers need to remember that if they collide with a bicycle, there's only one winner. Yet it continues to happen, day after day.
I'm a cyclist and I pay road tax. And buy petrol.Well mate
1. Where I live there is such thing as Road Tax. Also you need to pay for petrol which has jumped significantly in price. Cyclists on the other hand don't pay anything so can't expect ANY say whatsoever. Finally they are the biggest danger to pedestrians and vehicles period.
2) Central London is my least favourite place in the world so I'll leave it at that!
Well I'm a pedestrian and a former driver (it's too expensive and I don't need to drive anymore anyways) but cyclists are a danger to society. As a pedestrian they are more of a safety concern to me than vehicles. Bloody cyclists!I'm a cyclist and I pay road tax. And buy petrol.
It may come as a shock to you, but some people do actually own both a car and a bicycle. So when I use my bicycle instead of my car, I now expect you and all other car drivers to give me a rebate for using a bicycle on the road that I pay tax for as I am causing less wear and tear than you who apparently only uses a car.

Considering the state of our roads, there bloody well SHOULD be a road tax. And it should be levied against ALL vehicles, motorised or otherwise, that use the road. No more of this tax determined by emissions nonsense thank you - zero emission cars still cause wear and tear to the road surface and still cause accidents. Therefore they should pay towards the funding of the roads. And I don't know where you live, but in the UK there is no such thing as road tax.
