Gets me too this, it's like David Cameron the other week when talking about the next Torie leader he said something like "you've got your Boris Johnson's, George Osborne's and Teresa May's" when he was talking specifically about those 3 people

Even more so when the point of that way of speaking is to suggest 'people like XYZ', yet 9 times out of 10, they're usually talking about people who are rather unique. 'You've got your Beckhams, your Rooneys' - no, you actually don't.
