Not long read that. From what I read he was dead already, but doesn't excuse her laziness and outright dishonesty. When a (ex) PC has been as blatantly dishonest as this I'm surprised the odd lawyer or two doesn't go back over previous cases where she's given evidence and see which ones are worth reviewing.

It's unreal. I always assumed it was because the rates for legally tipping commercial waste were prohibitive.

Turns out they really aren't, especially the man and van general waste rates. And a lot of fly tippers aren't even undercutting legitimate waste disposal services by that much - they're just greedy scum.

Someone turbo charged his ebike, someone gave or sold it to him or someone leant it to him. if he can't face jail for death by dangerous driving, stick it on his ma instead. See how bloody funny it is then. At a zebra crossing, on his phone and ran away.

These e bikes or whatever they are are a country wide lawless problem . No apparent interest from the government or police in removing them and the idiots riding them from our streets.
They ride on paths, the wrong way on roads and cycle lanes and all at speed, total menace and death traps.
