What infuriates me is when the host says, now let's hear what Steve in Braintree has to say on the topic, and first thing Steve says is."thanks for accepting my call" The probability is that Steve has been kept hanging on the line for the previous 45 minutes potentially on a premium rate and its him thanking them??
