Old bill are on it allegedly, one of the roads is a on old access road with virtually no houses on it though, but it leads up to a woods that’s used a lot for dog walking and general getting out and about (no, it’s not a well used dogging spot - least not to my knowledge!)

Just for a comparison, vandals threw strewn strips of carpet tack on the descents at the tour de France quite a few years back, and Cadel Evans got caught with them, incredibly dangerous and clearly done on purpose. French cops said it was significant jail time if the culprits could be found. More vigilance amongst spectators across the routes meant no more silly buggers trying to be clever.
