I bought six golden delicious from tesco. They're not very delicious. Bland in fact.
Hardly worth flying them all the way from South Africa ffs.

Started buying seasonal veg and fruit boxes from riverford's, other than the environmental benfits of using them over supermarkets, the taste is vastly superior

I know recycling is largely a performance to imagine that we’re tackling real world problems but it’s still mad to see someone just chuck a load of bottles and crap in the paper and cardboard bin after youve carefully spent time organising all your cereal boxes.

We have 2 recycle bins and very rarely fill the 2.
What drives me mad is when the missus starts putting stuff in the other one when the first one is only half full.
How many times?, fill one first before you start using the other.

Could be worse. My Mrs puts the recycling on top of the recycling bins. That last step of opening the bin and putting the recycling in is, apparently, absolutely beyond her.

Yep, I agree, other apples are mainly rubbish tho.

I really like cox's when they're in season but you can't always get them up here.
