minor things that make you fume

Gets people at all ages. Friend of mine has had severe issues with her back since she was 14. I've had to take a few weeks off with my back too. Once it goes, you're bollocksed.

I think it's mainly come from not lifting properly when I was a bricklayer. Partly why I went in to management but I still have to do loads of walking.

If you don't mind heights give rock climbing a go. Great for your back and generally great all round work out.

I've fancied rock climbing for a while so Imight try it with a bit of yoga thrown in. I want to strengthen it rather than keeping off it.

It's the weekend at least give me to 7 AM ffs

I get that too. Up at 5:30 every day means that I wake up at 7 latest at weekends and I struggle to stay awake later than 10/11 on a Friday night!
