Whenever driving back home from elsewhere you knew you were getting close because the Cheshire atmosphere is dominated by the aroma of dairy farm by-product and I concur I can stand that.
Compared to East Yorkshire which is dominated by pig farms and that's what is lying on the deck around us. A necessary annual event for sure, but my eyes are stinging at present.

aka, Oysters have no real taste except slimy any rubbery and you have to put stuff...lemon, garlic, butter etc...on them to cover the slimy rubbery taste

When its left to dry and compost for 2 or 3 yrs, you can plant your veg and stuff direct into it, its that good.
