I had a new Audi Q7 behind me last night and its LED lights were so bright that I had to dip my mirror, which is a more common occurrence now when in the city.

Blood clots.
Mrs. WM had to go to the hospital with a possible blood clot this morning

Although I really don't think it's really a minor thing, I hope she is okay.
